Kenyan coffee profiles are changing due to climate impacts on harvest, but we find comfort in this classically profiled coffee from the Inoi Farmers’ cooperative in Kirinyaga. A depth of sweetness which reminds us of black currants, balanced with a bright, rhubarb-like acidity, and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel reminiscent of custard.
